Clean, modern appearance.Product Overview The LV cable branch box (DXF) is a key component of LV power distribution systems.It is typically used as an intermediate or end termination point between LV supply cabinets, switchgear and downstream loads. Through its internal branching arrangement, it distributes the main busbar cable into multiple outgoing connections for different users. The unit supports multiple cable terminations, allowing a single incoming cable to be branched into several outgoing cables for flexible power allocation. It also simplifies cable length adjustment and network optimisation, while helping to limit the effect of line faults on the wider system.The cable branch box features a modular, frame-based design to ensure busbars and outgoing feeders are insulated and fully enclosed. Five structural configurations are available, including options with an incoming insulated enclosed disconnector and outgoing MCCBs, or an incominginsulated enclosed disconnector with outgoing switch-fuse unit.

Product Features 1. The busbars are manufactured from rectangular T2 electrical copper and insulated using phase-colour heat-shrink sleeving. The sleeving shall be free of cracking and wrinkling. 2. Busbar joints shall be enclosed with heat-shrink insulating boxes.The heat-shrink insulation material shall meet flame-retardant, corrosion-resistant and anti-ageing requirements, with a minimum ageing life of 30 years.Test methods and requirements shall be in accordance with GB/T 2951.14. 3.Where outgoing feeders use MCCBs, the circuit-breaker materials shall be high-temperature resistant and fire-resistant. The MCCB shall be a 3-pole unit fitteo with an electronic trip unit and shall also provide an isolating function. The front surface shall display clear OFF/ON status indications.
