Product Description

Oil Immersed Transformer Our oil immersed transformers feature energy efficiency and low noise performance. First, we use high magnetic permeability silicon steel sheets for the core; which helps clients save plenty of electricity in long-term operation and fits perfectly for grid energy-saving upgrades. Second, it adopts a full-sealed corrugated tank design. The tank can adjust oil volume expansion with temperature changes, so no oil conservator is needed. It keeps air and moisture out to slow down insulation oil aging, allowing long-term outdoor use without frequent maintenance. Third, we apply multi-stage seam core technology and tightly wrapped coils to lower running noise, which meets standard limits and will not disturb residents near communities or schools. Fourth, the large corrugated cooling area ensures stable heat dissipation and strong overload capacity. Our pure copper high and low voltage windings conduct electricity well with low temperature rise, greatly avoiding burnout failures. Besides, it comes with full safety accessories including pressure relief valves, oil level gauges and temperature controllers to trigger automatic protection under short circuit, overload or overheating conditions. Its high-grade insulation also resists moisture and corrosion. Last but not least, we supply a full range of specifications from 30kVA to 3150kVA, and customized voltage ratios as well as copper/aluminum winding options are available to match various power supply demands.Detailed Photos
